Dana Carmen

Dana Carmen

Since 1984 Dana has coached and consulted to more then two hundred visionary leaders and organizations spanning five continents across multiple sectors of society. He has been the architect and consulting lead on several dozen large scale, multi year, organizational change efforts that have resulted in performance breakthroughs in both the client system and the industries and regions they are part of.

Dana’s clients have consistently expressed appreciation for the leadership skills and capacities that have been transferred to the organisation, that are demonstrated long after the consulting engagement has finished.

Dana received his BA in Environmental Studies from The University of Vermont. He studied in the MBA Program at San Francisco State University, and earned a graduate certificate from the Executive Excellence Program at The Center for Management Design.

He is a certified consultant in the LDF, Polarity Management, Spiral Dynamics and many other leading approaches to organizational change.


Douglas O'Loughlin

Douglas O'Loughlin

Douglas has a MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organization Development researching the connection between adult developmental psychology and leadership development. Originally from the US he has lived in Asia since 1993, currently residing in both Singapore and Bangkok.

Douglas has consulted and facilitated in more than 20 countries, partnering with a wide range of organisations in corporate, government, education and social change sectors. He has also lectured in numerous management subjects and is currently lecturing in the Masters in Organisation Development at Assumption University in Bangkok.

He is the author of numerous articles and the book 'Facilitating Transformation: 12 Strategies for Creating Extraordinary Breakthroughs with Groups.'


Kim Frerichs

Kim Frerichs

Kim completed a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Masters work in Education and is certified through the International Coach Federation. She has also studied with the Integral Institute and is completing certification in Integral Assessment through the Leadership Institute of Seattle.

Kim began coaching in 1995 and brings to her work over 12 years in management in aerospace. She has a strong background in leadership and career development, working to align the needs, achievements and growth of individuals and organisations. Kim primarily works with people whose commitment is to move beyond their current horizon and capabilities. Her clients say she helps them identify strengths as well as shortcomings in ways that are meaningful and transforming.


Robin Athey

Robin Athey

Robin brings over 20 years of global experience as an executive, thought leader, strategy and operations consultant, and coach to her partnership with Harthill and Fujitsu GOLD. Among Robin’s current passions is exploring 'what works' when it comes to accelerating leadership and change. She has immersed in over 30 leading edge methodologies.

She holds a B.S. in Engineering and an M.A. in International Economic Policy. 

Robin has been a fellow at Harvard University and led teams and facilitated groups in 28 countries. For nine years, Robin led global research on the human aspects of organizational performance at Deloitte. She also served as faculty in the firm’s coaching practice. She has led global production at Cole-Haan, a subsidiary of Nike.


Robin Postel

Robin Postel

Robin has more than 15 years international experience as a leadership and organisational development consultant with clients ranging from BG Group, Goodyear, Logitech and Hewlett Packard to UNICEF, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) of the United Nations.

Robin holds a PhD in Learning and Change in Human Systems, an interdisciplinary degree combining transformative learning, adult development, systems and complexity theory, organizational psychology and action research. She also holds an MEd in Curriculum Studies and a BA in Linguistics. For supervisors to seasoned senior managers, Robin designs and facilitates leadership development through learning programmes as well as individual and team coaching. Taking a highly pragmatic approach, she focuses on strategic and concrete issues facing clients. Grounded in various forms of action research, Robin supports clients in cycles of action and reflection using both ‘hard’ management tools and ‘soft’ intra- and inter-personal models and tools.


Rosie Steeves

Rosie has 35 years' experience in the leadership development field, working with both CEOs and senior executives of Fortune 500 companies to pursue aggressive growth strategies and with small firms experiencing start-up challenges. Formerly the executive director of Outward Bound Western Canada, she is also the founder and President of Executive Works a business dedicated to helping executives create great organisations. Prior to this she was the co-founder and principal of The Refinery, a state-of-the-art leadership development and organisational performance organsiation.

Rosie has a PhD in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara and an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University, England.

Teresa Woodland

Teresa Woodland helps organizations in China strengthen their leadership talent and organizational capabilities. She has extensive experience in change management, business strategy and execution, organizational communication, teaching and professional and organizational development. 

Teresa has been helping individuals and organizations in Asia and the U.S. perform to their best ability for more than 20 years. From 1996-2004, Teresa helped build McKinsey & Company’s practice in Greater China and Korea. She has also taught in several Chinese universities. In the United States, she has developed and conducted cross-cultural, business communication, and leadership courses for executives from Westinghouse, AEG, GE, PPG, Rockwell, and ALCOA.

Capitalizing on over 25 years of business experience, including her own journey to senior executive level, as well as building a successful start up, Suzanne Stafford (Zan) brings a consistent track record of results working with senior leaders, leadership teams and Fortune 500 companies. Clients consistently credit their rapid shift in development to a combination of their own hard work combined with Zan’s focused attention on their unlimited success. Her inspiring and intuitive feedback, her business savvy, and her passion for delivering results is evidenced by her extensive experience as a facilitator and coach in six continents around the globe.

A lifelong learner committed to utilizing the most up to date and effective leadership theories and techniques to assist her clients to have that extra competitive edge, Zan has received a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Organizations Development and more recently she received a Master’s degree in Facilitating Conflict and Organizational Change. Zan brings a rare and authentic combination of senior leadership and coaching experience to executive coaching, leadership and organizational development.
