Emma Skipp
Graduating from Cardiff University with honours in Business Management, Emma began her career in marketing communications at an advertising agency in London where she obtained a Diploma in Sales Promotion. Emma moved client side to work for a National Children’s charity and then Lloyds TSB Group before joining Harthill.
Ultra-organised and at her best juggling priorities, her diverse project management experience covers integrated marketing campaigns, change programmes and event management for organisations including AXA, Lloyds TSB, BBC Worldwide, Nortel and Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
Lynn Draper
Lynn has a key role in both administering and developing the procedures that underpin the Leadership Development Framework. She processes all SCFs and supports the attendant research and development being carried out by Harthill. Being a whiz with software Lynn has also taken responsibility for the design and processing of Harthill's tailor-made H.360° and ExTPF profiles.
Pam Pearman
Pam’s greatest strength is her eye for detail. Applying this to her role as financial administrator means that it is a rare day when there is a discrepancy in the bookkeeping. Pam juggles this responsibility with her role as PA to the Managing Partners of Harthill, a role that she has grown into over 20 years of dedicated service within the organisation.
