who provide mentoring to meet individual needs and to
respond to organizational imperatives. Harthill’s
coaches and mentors are known for providing both high
level support whilst, at the same time, challenging individuals
to shift behaviours that will make the most difference.
The Harthill mentoring process has four phases:
- to support the mentee to express their concerns

- to draw out the mentees questions and the answers
they currently hold

- to use their knowledge, experience and instincts
to help the mentee to reframe the issues and identify
choices

- to support the mentee to make decisions and commit
to action
