Harthill H.360° Feedback

The Harthill 360° management feedback process is tailored to specific needs, leaving managers knowing it has been designed exclusively for them.

Features of the H.360°

  • Question sets can be created either in collaboration with an internal design group or from our own bank of questions based on your specification.
  • Views can be sought from a wide range of stakeholder groups.
  • Performance is rated, but so too is the importance of each element so giving a picture of the value placed on the competence being rated.
  • Feedback and coaching can be highly cost effective as we have a well articulated self-help guide to enable managers to reflect on their profile and create an action plan. More comprehensively we can provide feedback and coaching on to individuals, or enable you to become highly skilled at this process internally.
  • We provide exceptional administrative support to ensure that the co-ordination, distribution and collation of questionnaires and profiles is confidential.
  • Since much is hidden in averaged data, profiles include full score distribution.
  • Comparative averages enable subjects to compare their own scores with that of colleagues. This can provide useful benchmarking.

Brief Case Study
Our client was aware that several pan-organisation initiatives were putting new demands on senior managers to work in a complex matrix environment. How fit were they for this? Harthill researched both the broad capabilities needed by managers to be effective in such an environment, and the specific sector capabilities of the client. Co-ordinating these, Harthill produced a unique instrument for the client which strengths and development needs of individual managers and simultaneously highlighted some gaps in team performance within this new matrix environment.
