Jenny has fifteen
years experience of mentoring and coaching individual leaders
and managers, supporting the development of executive teams
and working with organisations from a systems perspective.
Her private sector clients include Norwich Union, WH Smith,
BAA, McKinsey International Consultants, The Alexander Corporation
and a wide range of international companies (through her
association with Roffey Park Management College and Bath
University). Public sector clients include The National
Trust, Customs & Excise and several Local Authorities.
She has an annual contract in Melbourne, Australia developing
creative and innovative whole system events in a large educational
community.
