She has worked as an HR practitioner, an OD adviser in the public sector, a managing consultant with a leading business services firm, and OD Director for a large Scottish NHS Board. Her consulting experience has been in a range of organisations including legal firms, financial services, manufacturing, engineering, retail, local government, creative industries & healthcare.

Judith has a particular interest and expertise in working with senior individuals, leadership teams and organisations who are experiencing difficult transitions such as mergers, changes in policy or leadership, critical economic and environmental shifts.
