| Judith holds
a first degree in business, a masters degree in group
& organisational psychodynamics, and is currently
undertaking doctoral research with the Centre for Leadership
Studies at Exeter University. She is a Chartered Member
of the Institute of Personnel & Development.

She has worked as an HR practitioner, an OD adviser in
the public sector, a managing consultant with a leading
business services firm, and OD Director for a large Scottish
NHS Board. Her consulting experience has been in a range
of organisations including legal firms, financial services,
manufacturing, engineering, retail, local government,
creative industries & healthcare.

Judith has a particular interest and expertise in working
with senior individuals, leadership teams and organisations
who are experiencing difficult transitions such as mergers,
changes in policy or leadership, critical economic and
environmental shifts. She works to help organisations
and individuals identify the gains and sacrifices inherent
in a situation, to see the future they need to create,
and to find strategies and behaviours at a personal and
organisational level which will transform their capacity
for effective action.
