| Julian holds degrees
in Statistics, Economics, Education and Business Administration.
Following a substantial career in Retail and Manufacturing
Operations he joined Harthill in 2001 and led the development
of both the H.360? and the ExTPF team development tool.
He continues to research and benchmark these in his work
with executives and their teams.
Consulting for more than a decade, Julian has worked
in four strategically critical client interventions -
BMW, Corus Steel, Shell Technology and The Environment
Agency - each involving a combination of high-leverage
coaching, team development and strategic workshop facilitation.
Julian is especially adept at working with clients on
real work, in real time - making way for changes that
often feel evolutionary, yet make a substantial and lasting
difference to outcome. He has authored several papers
on Quality Methodologies, Leadership and Management.
