holds a graduate degree in English and Sociology from
Keele University and a post-graduate diploma in Change
Agent Skills and Strategies from Surrey University.
Karen’s career has seen her lead change in organisations
as a senior manager, Organisation Development consultant
and internal change facilitator within the BBC. She is
also on the Board of Trustees for a number of charities.
Karen works in the UK and the USA. Her consulting clients
include Shell Exploration, Friends Provident, the Home
Office, the Arts Council, the Terrence Higgins Trust and
Local Government.
Karen partners with individuals, teams and organisations
to access unrealised potentials within themselves and
their operational contexts. Her support helps clients
to attain tangible benefits in their performance and to
enlarge their perspectives.
