Can I create a personal Leadership Development Profile?

Yes - just download the Sentence Completion Form. After we've received your payment we'll send you an LDF Profile with your primary Action Logic and a commentary on your meaning making written specifically for you.

What are my profiling options?

You've two choices - a straightforward LDF Profile or an LDF Profile with an interpretive/coaching session from a trained Harthill coach.  We strongly recommend the latter. Click here for details and payment.

Can I use the Leadership Development Profile in team development?

Yes. It's possible to profile all the members of a team, department or development programme and then use the group profile as well as individual profiles to stimulate learning. 

Can I be trained to use the Leadership Development Framework and Profile in my work with others?

Yes. To become an authorised user you need to complete a three-day intensive training programme and successfully debrief a number of individuals on their Leadership Development Profile. Only authorised users can commission LDPs to debrief and support the development of others.  More details.
