Benefits of using the LDF
We use the LDF and LDP to profile a leader's key ‘action logic' and to build a personal developmental agenda in partnership with the client. Knowing their own current ‘action logic' opens up two possibilities: on the one hand, the client may decide that consolidating their behaviours and capabilities at their current stage would be of greatest value to them and their organisation. On the other, they may be interested in creating the potential for transformational change to a new stage. Either way, we would work with them to support their development.
