Seven Action Logics

Through our research with thousands of leaders, we have observed that there are seven key Action Logics – Opportunist, Diplomat, Expert, Achiever, Individualist, Strategist and Alchemist.

Each Action Logic describes an overall approach to managing or leading, encompassing both inherent strengths and weaknesses, and each successive Action Logic both incorporates the previous Action Logics as well as implies new sets of assumptions.
