Leadership Development Framework

Different leaders interpret their surroundings and their everyday experiences in different ways. The ways in which a leader reacts to these experiences defines their style and capability as a leader. These nine styles are summarised in the diagram.

A profile of your style and orientation as a leader can be gained via the Leadership Development Profile. Harthill have trained evaluators who can provide your profile, based on your responses on the Sentence Completion Form, and skilled coaches who can help you to interpret your profile and recognise many possible ways to build on the outcome.
