users of the Leadership Development Framework and
Profile
Harthill authorises consultants, HR professionals
and managers who have successfully completed the three
day intensive training programme in understanding and
applying the Leadership Development Framework. Contact

here. All are able to commission and interpret Leadership
Development Profiles and have a sound working knowledge
of the Leadership Development Framework as part of their
own practice.
