practically on her honours degree in Commerce from the
University of Birmingham with an agency career in consumer
marketing and public relations. Since then she has studied
extensively with the Kairos Foundation in the US and UK
and holds a mentor license in its human development technology
and now has 15 year’s experience in the field of
behavioural change.
As a highly skilled senior trainer and executive coach,
Lizzy specialises in organisational culture change, team
and leadership development. Through her deep understanding
of human motivation and the process of inquiry, her talent
lies in supporting people to unlock their unique excellence
to generate sustained, improved results from a task, group
and personal perspective. She brings sharp insight, creativity
and lightness to her work.
Recent projects include consulting and coaching for Tesco’s
award winning customer service change management programme;
working with senior leaders at Lever Faberge Germany to
support their market growth strategy; intensive leadership
development training for the top 500 leaders at Fortis
financial services; and coaching small business owners
in goal creation and achievement.
