| Lynn has a key
role in both administering and developing the procedures
that underpin the Leadership Development Framework. She
processes all Sentence Completion Forms and supports the
attendant research and development being carried out by
Harthill. Being something of a whiz with software Lynn
has also taken responsibility for the design and processing
of Harthill's tailor-made H.360° and ExTPF profiles.
She also looks after our computer network, and stops us
throwing things at the screen on bad technology days!
A keen collector of American cars, Lynn and her husband
own a 1959 Cadillac, a Pontiac Sunbird, a Cadillac Sedan
DeVille, Dodge P100 Pickup Truck and the latest addition
to the family is a 1977 Ford Mustang.
