Aimed at intact teams, multiple participants from
a single organisation and individuals in organisations
with an OD brief and senior consultants working in the
OD arena. The Organisational Transformation Workshop creates
optimal conditions for intensive leadership, team and
organisational transformation, based on 40 years of leadership
research and practice by Bill Torbert, David Rooke and
their associates (most recently presented in the April
2005 Harvard Business Review article ‘Seven Transformations
of Leadership’). ‘Live’ organisational
issues will provide the core of the programme which seeks
to enable participants to successfully lead ongoing personal,
team and organisational transformation.
