| Paul holds post
graduate qualifications in Humanistic Psychology and Facilitation
and in Sustainability to add to a first degree in Biochemistry.
Prior to his consultant’s role Paul had a successful
career in the media working first in science journalism,
broadening into politics at the BBC World Service and
then factual documentaries in television including campaign
films for Greenpeace. His later work was in business television
with Reuters and CNBC.
He began organisation consultancy work in 1998 with Marks
and Spencer, Capita and Granada TV with a current client
base spanning Television, Law, Engineering, Government
and the Police. He has established a successful coaching
practice and runs a regular accredited advanced training
programme for coaches. He is committed to supporting organisations
to engage and align their people.
Paul is a founding member of Action Research for Sustainability
(AR4SD) a research network including Cranfield University.
It has recently completed an initial study on how the
issue of sustainability is impacting on Housing.
