If you wish to start by finding out what your current Action Logic frame is as a leader, you can receive your Leadership Development Profile, followed by a debrief and a 1-1 coaching session with a qualified LDP user. This will enable you to map out some of your key development issues and identify strategies for your development.
…with a conversation to identify your issues and needs
You can also start your journey with us by having an initial conversation with a Harthill coach to establish what your developmental intentions are, match you to a coach suited specifically to you and set out the scope of a coaching contract. Harthill generally contracts to work with a coachee for six sessions and you would need to complete the Leadership Development Profile as part of that process.

If you are seeking to resource coaching needs within your organisation, Harthill can offer you either tailored in-house provision, or can support you in developing internal coaching capability and programmes.
