A Transformational Leadership Development Programme
In 2007 Harthill played the lead role in a multi-agency provision of a European Leadership Development Programme for senior managers of Fujitsu from 7 countries. The programme focused on the meaning making capability of managers, with a high degree of focus on their roles in strategy formulation and development, and people management. Based on Harthill’s own ‘Leadership Beyond the Conventional’ with the LDF and Profile as corner stones to transform the capability of Fujitsu's leadership talent pool.
