Assessing and developing your team capabilities in context

We believe that the best way to develop a team is in the context of its real work. We use Harthill's Exceptional Team Performance Framework to help the team appraise its capacities across the eight key areas that we believe mark out leadership teams as extraordinary. We also use our Leadership Development Profile to build a picture of the 'action logic' of each team member. Sharing this with the whole team generates fresh insights into how the team can transform its patterns of powerplay, conversing, decision-making - in short - it's behaviours as a team.

We frequently work with clients for several years, some for more than a decade, for the simple reason that deep change takes time. Along the way we help develop the organisation's strategy, coach individuals in significant teams, facilitate teams in their work and incorporate contributions from many stakeholders. All this comes together to build high performance teams ready to transform themselves and their organisations.
