Change is a constant and intervening systemically to bring about sustained change requires specific processes and technologies depending on the need. Sometimes the need is to get the whole system in the room - even if this means finding a venue that can hold 50 - 100 - 500 people.

Such an event has to be right first time and hence requires careful design. It also warrants inclusive design - using a Design Team that includes representatives of each key stakeholder group - a team that is lead by someone who has direct communication with the system leader.
