NHS Leading Edge Leadership programmes - This progressive programme, which is enhanced year on year in collaboration with NHS leaders, will expand leaders' thinking to a significantly higher order of complexity and relational flexibility. We work with leaders to develop key skills, confidence, clarity and use of power for greater positive influence in the NHS.

Team Development - We have several approaches to working with teams to enable more effective collaboration and innovation: Team Coaching for intact teams supports the ongoing development of the team's dynamic, strategic and relational skills, Team and inter-team Facilitation and Strategy Sessions to help with specific issues or facilitate a new process, increase awareness and/or reaching important or complex outcomes, and Leading Edge Team Development for a structured team developmental journey.

Coaching Presence - Programmes for leaders for

• developing and coaching their teams that really delivers high impact, sustainable change and increased wellbeing in their team capacity,
• developing a deeper level of coaching capacity to tackle leadership challenges and to lead your organisation forward.

NHS Coaching and Supervision – The Self Authoring Coach provides a deeper dive for internal coaches with optional ILM7 accreditation, and custom built Developmental Supervision programmes for coaches working in or with the NHS.
