Vertically Developmental Coach Supervision

Our coach supervision groups are open to any coach wishing to be part of a small self-and-practice transformational inquiry group. It is, however, important for those wishing to join a group to have received their own LDP Report and Coaching Debrief and be actively seeking to deepen their own vertically developmental journey through working with their own meaning-making and Action Logics.

Each supervision group consists of a Harthill host, trained and experienced in supervision, and up to six coaches. The group contracts to work together for a year – as a group, in one-to-one supervision, with members’ LDPs, and in various avenues of personal and practice exploration. The contract is renewable at the end of the year, should the group wish to remain together. However participating coaches may decide to ‘cross fertilise’ their thinking with collaborators from a different group – or indeed continue their developmental journey elsewhere.
