Integrating the LDP with Hogan assessments

What emerges if we combine the Leadership Development Framework with the Hogan personality assessments?
The Leadership Development Framework describes Action Logics that guide people’s meaning-making: how we make sense of - and relate to - ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
The Hogan Assessments predict people’s reputation: how someone is likely to behave on an everyday basis (Hogan Personality Inventory), under pressure (Hogan Development Survey) and in terms of their motivational drivers (Motives Values Preferences Inventory) – as seen by other people.
By combining the internal meaning-making structures with the external reputational focus, we hope to uncover thought-provoking and useful insights together with you.
In this session, we will combine the Action Logics with the Hogan Motives Values Preferences Inventory (MVPI) only. We will start with a group based debrief of participant’s MVPI reports and gradually weave in the Action Logics. Due to time constraints, the Hogan Personality Inventory (Everyday Behaviour) and Hogan Development Survey (Behaviour Under Pressure) are not covered: these are brought in during a future session.
We do like for participants to have a common starting point. If you have completed the LDP and MVPI at some point in time – please have your personal reports available. If you have not previously completed these psychometrics, we can support you beforehand.
